FRIDAY 4TH JULY 2008 at 6.00pm to 8.00pm

We have decided to have an American Theme since it will be taking place on Independence Day. The Fancy Dress competition will be ‘anything American’ from a Cowboy to a Big Mac!

This year each class will be responsible for a particular stall or activity and will be attempting to gain volunteers from the parents in that class. We will also need some volunteers to help with other activities such as the raffle and refreshments.

The following class and their responsibilities are listed below:

• Year R Will run a kids play area.
• Year 1 Toy Stall
• Year 2 will run an obstacle course
• Year 3 Plant Stall
• Year 4 Book Stall
• Year 5 Cake Stall

  Year 6 Various Attractions

More information will come from each class nearer the time
